Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst - EIS to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with client staff and both onshore and offshore delivery resources. Your expertise will be crucial in documenting business cases, solutions, and ensuring effective utilization of the EIS software suite.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with client staff, program and product management to document business cases and solutions
Create requirement specifications for the EIS application suite in functional areas
Develop business process specifications and functional requirements, communicating them effectively to the delivery team
Advise clients on optimal use of the EIS Suite functionality to minimize customization
Generate comprehensive support documentation for all business activities
Perform comprehensive business analysis throughout the entire project lifecycle
Independently produce business analysis artifacts and handle requirements-related tasks
Conduct management of individual tasks and propose solutions and improvements
Offer support and guidance to less experienced BA colleagues, while working closely with development and QA teams
Escalate issues as needed to senior or lead business analyst
Maintain effective communication with internal and external clients both in written and verbal forms
Lead or participate actively in requirements gathering, clarification, and sign-off sessions with clients
Implement and recommend enhancements to business requirements gathering processes or methodologies
Handle responsibilities for business analysis activities and outputs success in specific project parts or work streams

Requirements

5 to 8 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in documenting BA artifacts
Background in EIS PolicyCore v12 and EIS PolicyCore v20
Expertise in EIS Rating v20
Ability to perform thorough business analysis and manage tasks independently
Capability to communicate effectively and lead sessions with clients
Understanding of how to utilize EIS Suite to best meet business needs without extensive customization
Competency in supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
Flexibility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
