Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
* Ability to coordinate efforts alongside other analysts as well as work independently
* Partner with stakeholders to understand the business area, work with the team to evolve and define the business problems, translate them into analytical problems, design solutions and help execute to deliver relevant insights that lead to actions.
* Connect and explore large data-sets (both internal and external), help gather, analyze, and model data to solve complex business problems.
* Identify and develop centralized solutions to solve the needs of multiple stakeholders through efficient planning and execution.
* Be proficient at solving ad hoc business problems, innovating on potential future solutions, and working with technology partners to build solutions and/or creative approaches to solve one of a kind’ problems.
* Find opportunities to drive value through data & analytics
* Recommends and implements new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information

Qualification and Skills Required:
* 3+ years of overall work experience in Analytics
* 3+ years of work experience with SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, Tableau or PowerBI
* Experience building insights from analytics & telling data stories
* Ability to communicate complex quantitative insights in a precise, and actionable manner
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with peers & senior stakeholders demonstrating strong vertical and lateral influence.
* Track record in building analytical solutions using quantitative and statistical approaches
