Accion Labs - Senior Business Analyst - Loan Origination System (6-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and document business requirements for mortgage and lending operations.

- Work with LOS (CoreLogic, Byte, Encompass) on system configuration, customization, and implementation.

- Conduct gap analysis and ensure system functionality meets business needs.

- Perform UAT, create test cases, and support post-implementation troubleshooting.

- Assist with regulatory compliance integration into LOS systems.

- Facilitate user training and adoption of new system features.

Must-Have Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in mortgage and lending (products, underwriting, processing).

- Expertise in LOS systems (CoreLogic, Byte Software, Encompass).

- Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation.

- Familiarity with mortgage regulations (RESPA, TRID, TILA).

- Experience in UAT and writing functional documentation.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with technical design and implementation.

- CBAP certification or related qualifications.
