Product Manager - Loan Origination System (3-6 yrs)

We are seeking to hire an PM with the responsibility to :

Help build, sell and scale and establish company as the leading provider of Loan Origination Systems to mid tier US banks and credit unions - including :

- A white listed digital onboarding suite (iOS, Android, Mobile and Desktop Web)

- A sophisticated multi tenanted Loan Origination System - with dynamic and configurable workflows supporting - Auto Loans, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, and Home Equity Lines and more

- A configurable and sophisticated Business Rules Engine allowing lenders to manage and optimise their lending policy rules including calling and integrating ML/AI models into the LOS workflow

- A sophisticated reporting suite - leveraging gen AI to support power users and business users with sophisticated analytics and insights delivered simply

- A conversational chatbot to serve the end customers pre disbursal and post disbursal queries

- Establish API based connections to US bureaus, alternate data providers, standard pipes (Plaid), and Standard Loan Management Systems in the US (called "cores")

- Anything else we need to build to establish Product Market Fit

- This is a 0 to 1 role, we believe there is a strong opportunity to bring disruptive innovation to the US LOS market that are still stuck in 1990's technology

Strong candidates will :

- Must have high level understanding of API integrations and has worked on third party service provider integration-Restful API

- Be customer obsessed and work backwards from stated and unstated customer needs

- Be relentlessly resourceful and have a high agency mindset in finding answers to hard questions

- Come with a "get it done" mindset

- Will understand that we are in the 0-1 journey and be willing to push really hard to get to PMF and get our initial product out that's sellable.

- Revel in the uncertainty and ambiguity and fast changing environment

- Be comfortable with writing (lots) and establish and use the writing culture to scale information and alignment efficiently

- Use PRFAQ1 format to write clear requirements - in close coordination with the engineering counterpart and the Sales team to align the team on what to build and when.

- Render like a browser - Showcase bias for action to make multiple passes and collaboratively find answers to hard questions - helping act like a beacon of clarity to the whole org

- Have and set what people may consider as unreasonably high standards for both product sense, taste and execution excellence. Use that to set and continually raise the bar for the whole Product, Design and Tech team

- Who ultimately measures his/her success based on business outcomes delivered and not based on size of the team, or based on "tasks done" or "processes followed".

- Will view "feedback as a gift" and quickly use that to improve operating methods and continually become more effective. Will do the same for the broader team and continually raise the bar

The ideal candidate will have :

- BTech/BE. MBA with relevant experience in SAAS AI based product will be preferred

- Will have US SaaS market experience preferably in lending and adjacent spaces
