Designation: Senior Backend Developer (US Shift)

Shift: 8 Hours (Between 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM), Weekends working, with 2 Days week off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop robust microservices-based applications, leveraging Java and Spring Boot to create scalable and efficient backend solutions for our cutting-edge projects.
• Containerize applications using Docker, ensuring seamless deployment and portability across various environments while optimizing resource utilization.
• Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters, orchestrating container deployments to enhance application scalability, resilience, and performance in complex distributed systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement microservices architectures that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and integrate DevOps practices, automating build, test, and deployment processes to streamline development workflows and improve overall productivity.
• Utilize expertise in banking domain knowledge to create secure, compliant, and innovative financial technology solutions that meet regulatory requirements and exceed client expectations. • Optimize application performance, conducting thorough code reviews and implementing best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during night shifts, providing critical support to ensure 24/7 system availability and reliability.

Foundational Skills:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices-based applications, demonstrating the ability to create scalable, modular, and maintainable backend systems. •
