Senior Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff to ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned to hotel standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure their needs are met.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous housekeeping experience, ideally with some supervisory experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
