The Successful candidate will join the fundraising team and play a key role in supporting fundraising operations. The responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records while ensuring timely communication and acknowledgment of contributions.Additionally, the role involves preparing detailed reports on the CRM tool. They will act as a key link between the fundraising team and other program teams ensuring seamless coordination. This role also demands a focus on streamlining processes and enhancing the overall efficiency of the teamefforts, making it ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and a passion for driving impactful change.
Role and Responsibilities:
Daily Salesforce updation and weekly MIS report sharing in Salesforce for Corporate Relations and Individual Giving Teams.
Data Management, Data Reconciliation and Live receipts tracking and subclass making in Salesforce for Corporate Relations and Individual Giving Teams.
Collaborating across teams for various initiatives and streamlining processes in Asana to optimize operations.
Support Fundraising team in submitting Due diligence to donors, vendor registration forms, MoU coordination support between legal team and Fundraising Team and other Ad Hoc tasks.
Manage all communication from corporates, ensure prompt communication and efficient support both internally and externally.
Educational Qualification/Experience:
Educational Degree : Any graduate
Relevant Experience(in years) : 1-2 yearsexperience in supporting operations in Fundraising with NGOs preferred
Candidates with volunteering experience in Bhumi or similar organizations are preferred. Freshers are also welcome.
Knowledge & Skill sets required:
Salesforce - Must have experience working.
MS Excel - Advanced knowledge essential
English - written and verbal communication skills must be excellent
Creativity, attention to detail in written communication, and ability to take ownership of routine tasks.
Ability to plan strategically, set priorities, multi- task, plan work, design approaches, and close commitments
Resourcefulness in being able to collate information from various sources
Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Should be proactive and take the initiative to complete all tasks.
