Job Description
POSITION GOALS
Execute, Manage and develop the Strategic Consulting business including
Execution of consulting assignments
Quality check of consulting assignments
Execution oversight of other team members
Financial business model preparation for various assignments,
Risk & Sensitivity assessment in valuation & advisory assignments
Execution of consulting assignments Govt & Private and transaction support for advisory led transactions.
Assisting with strategic planning and business development of the business unit
Actively contribute in internal news-letters and at various industry events
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all client contracted deliverables are met at required level of service
Run regular operations meetings with clients as required;
Manage invoicing for the assignments and debtors follow up
Assist with the preparation of submissions for new business opportunities. Conduct marketing presentations to prospective and current clients;
Assist with developing new business opportunities across the South India region.
Assist the Regional Leaders South India to develop Strategic Business Plans that will develop and grow the business;
Perform other duties as directed.

EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Urban/Regional Planning, Architecture electives in Economics/ Finance/Construction preferable
Superior presentation and communication skills
Should be well versed with MS office and Autocad, exposure to statistics, SPSS, financial modelling and related tools preferable
