Senior HR Assistant

We are looking for HR Recruiter with Non IT recruitment experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, company culture, and team dynamics to ensure a strong fit.

Sourcing Candidates:

• Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates to ensure a consistent flow of talent.

Screening & Interviewing:

• Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.

Offer Management & Onboarding:

• Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including preparation of documentation and coordination with relevant departments.

Candidate Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a positive candidate experience.
• Follow up with candidates to gather feedback and ensure continued engagement.

Reporting & Metrics:

• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress to management.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records within the HR software.

Employer Branding:

• Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
• Participate in job fairs and industry events to represent the company and promote open positions.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience:

• 2-6 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Experience recruiting for various positions across different departments (technical, non-technical, entry-level to senior roles).

Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, interview techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and HR software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
