Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AR Analyst to join our Physician Billing team. The AR Analyst in this role is responsible for managing the accounts receivable processes, including analyzing, tracking, and reporting on outstanding invoices. The position involves working closely with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate billing and collections.

AR Analyst (Day Shift) Specialist - Physician or Hospital Billing

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee and reconcile accounts receivable, ensuring accurate recording of payments and handling discrepancies.
• Physician Billing: Process and submit claims for physician services, verify patient insurance coverage, and resolve claim denials and rejections.
• Hospital Billing: Handle billing for hospital services, including inpatient and outpatient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and accurate coding.
• Claims Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on unpaid or denied claims, working with insurance companies and patients to resolve billing issues.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on billing activities, analyze trends in payments and denials, and provide insights to improve billing processes.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and billing practices.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and billing systems.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Medical Billing required.
• Industry-leading remuneration package.
