Job Description
- Supervise and verify the work of Junior Accountants , ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager and Senior Manager to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Prepare and assist in filing returns for taxes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist in internal and external audits .
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and other management reports.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and discrepancies.
- Provide guidance and training to Junior Accountants, fostering their professional growth.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications Skills:
- Experience: 3-6 years in accounting, with a focus on team leadership and financial reporting.
- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in taxation , auditing , and financial compliance.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel .
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
