Senior Software Engineer - Delphi Platform (7-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain complex applications using Delphi.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Delphi code, adhering to coding best practices and standards.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Implement business logic and algorithms in Delphi.

- Integrate Delphi applications with other systems and technologies using various integration methods (APIs, web services).

- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and application stability.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in Delphi applications.

- Collaborate with other developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Mentor junior Delphi developers.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Delphi technologies and trends.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of extensive experience in Delphi development.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Deep knowledge of Delphi language features, libraries, and frameworks (VCL, FireMonkey).

- Proficiency in working with databases and writing SQL queries.

- Experience with Delphi database components (ADO, dbExpress, FireDAC).

- Experience in developing user interfaces using Delphi visual components.

- Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
