Printing Operator

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Setup and Operation:

• Set up and operate printing machines, adjusting ink, paper, and registration settings based on each jobs specifications.
• Prepare materials (ink, plates, paper) and verify job specifications for each job.
• Conduct prepress adjustments to optimize print quality and minimize material waste.

2. Quality Assurance:

• Consistently monitor print jobs for quality, accuracy, and color consistency.
• Perform quality checks and make real-time adjustments to correct any issues.
• Address print defects, including misregistration, color variation, or smudging.

1. Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
• Regularly maintain and clean printing equipment to ensure it operates effectively.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for larger repairs and scheduled maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Education: HSC/Graduate/Diploma.
• Experience: Prior experience operating offset or digital printing presses (experience with machines like HP Indigo, KBA 52UV preferred).
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.

Preferred: Male Candidate Only (Knowledge of print production software, prepress setup, and color consistency management.)
