E-Commerce Head

Seeking an experienced and dynamic e-Commerce Head to lead and expand our online sales channels. Based in Chandigarh, the ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, particularly in a managerial role overseeing multiple product categories and sales platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, and Jiomart, and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that meet revenue targets and expand market reach.

The e-Commerce Head will manage all aspects of marketplace operations, including product listings, pricing strategies, and promotions, while also leading a team of associates, mentoring them, and fostering a collaborative work environment. In addition to team leadership, the e-Commerce Head will oversee procurement activities such as product sampling, vendor tie-ups, and quality control.

The role also involves analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to provide insights and make data-driven decisions. Enhancing the customer experience through improved website functionality, user interface, and customer service processes is a key focus, as is collaborating with the digital marketing team to execute SEO, SEM, email, and social media campaigns.
