Finance Director

What you ll be doing:

• Design, enhance, and enforce accounting management systems and financial standards aligned with Seismic s objectives and industry best practices.

• Lead daily financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance and efficient management of financial processes.

• Develop and implement financial management frameworks, business processes, and operational guidelines tailored to Seismic s unique business logic.

• Collaborate with the head office to formulate and manage budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with company goals.

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing actionable insights to leadership.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure rigorous auditing processes, risk management, and compliance controls are in place.

• Oversee corporate tax planning and strategy to optimize tax liabilities while adhering to applicable laws.

• Act as a trusted finance business partner to both local and global leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making and business growth.

What you bring to the team:

• 10+ years of financial experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a controller role, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• In-depth knowledge of national and local financial and tax laws, with strong professional judgment and experience in accounting project analysis.

• Familiarity with financial management in the software industry, including expertise in financial controls, financial systems design, and process optimization.

• Proven leadership in the development and implementation of financial and business information systems.

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to manage both day-to-day operations and high-level strategic planning. Able to balance hands-on execution with senior-level decision-making.

• Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
