At Segment, we believe that companies should be able to rely on a unified, powerful platform that connects them to the tools they need. The Segment Catalog is a central piece of that vision, containing integrations with hundreds of tools to power marketing orchestration, data collection & activation, and customer data platform (CDP) use cases. As the Product Manager for Catalog Reliability, you will own the strategy and roadmap for ensuring that the Segment Catalog remains robust, scalable, and aligned with customer needs.
You will drive three key initiatives:
Driving Integration Relevance and Expansion: Ensure that new integrations are built, older integrations are updated, and existing ones are enhanced to support evolving customer CDP and marketing orchestration/activation use cases.
End-of-Life (EOL) and Upgrades: Work with partners and engineering teams to manage integration upgrades and retire outdated integrations.
Supporting Data Collection & Activation Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to augment Segment s data collection & activation strategy.
This role will have a direct impact on ensuring that Segment s catalog supports a composable CDP vision, empowering our customers to activate and manage their data across various platforms with ease.
