Job Description
As a PM at Twilio, you will be responsible for leading by example, building high impact products with hands-on execution. You will drive the product execution, roadmap to create scalable and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities In this role, you ll:
- Craft Twilio Segment s product strategy with regards to high volume, high throughput data ingestion, processing and egress platform products
- Lead the API evolution with OAuth 2.0 development and strategy implementation.
- Explore new ideas and push the boundaries of what is possible when building, launching and iterating infrastructure or platform products to drive monetization opportunities for mid-market and large enterprise customers
- Take a hands-on approach to ensure product development stays on track, removing obstacles and addressing issues as they arise.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, stay ahead of competitors, and ensure Twilio s products remain competitive and cutting-edge.
- Engage with key customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and translate these insights into actionable product improvements.

Required:
- Experience & Background: : 5+ years of product management and/or experience managing complex technical products preferably in developing data platforms, platform software or internal tools
- Curiosity : Understanding and curiosity around the evolving customer data landscape and various regulations and technologies
- Congeniality : Experience brainstorming vague ideas and turning them into concrete specs working with engineering and design teams
- Clarity : Excellent written and communication skills
- Adaptability : Good at dealing with ambiguity and clearly synthesizing actionable next steps
