Qualifications

• Proficiency in Newgen platform development
• Experience with Micro-Services-based architecture
• Skills in Java (core and advanced), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, Nodejs, React JS, and Angular
• Understanding of Newgens BPM (Business Process Management) module.
• Proficiency in developing applications using Newgen OmniDocs and OmniFlow.
• Knowledge of Newgen’s OmniScan, OmniExtract, and OmniApp frameworks.
• SQL and PL/SQL for relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Integration with third-party systems using Newgen connectors. (Mail, Microsoft Azure AD etc.,)
• Ability to create and modify workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Knowledge on Newgen Platform UI/UX.
• Knowledge of custom scripting within the Newgen environment.
• Git, SVN, or other version control systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Relevant certifications in Newgen platform or related technologies
• Application design and development using Newgen’s toolsets.
• Debugging and troubleshooting issues within workflows and forms.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Teamwork and adaptability in dynamic project environments.
• Time management to meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with industries that use Newgen solutions, such as banking, insurance, or government sectors.
• Understanding of document and content management processes.
• Certifications in Newgen products (if available) to validate your expertise.
