We are hiring MSIP Security Assurance for Managed Services. This role is of a Security Lead who maintains the security posture of the unit responsible. The primary responsibility includes delivery accountability of the contracted security scope and advice regarding security and security risk management within the defined operational scope. This role will establish and execute unit security plans for the unit of responsibility, including the implementation of Ericsson s Security policies and directives. The role also needs to add value to pre-sales engagement and identification of Add on Sales opportunities.

This role is of a Security Lead who maintains the security posture of the unit responsible. This role will also provide support and advice regarding security and security risk management within the defined operational scope. This role will establish and execute unit security plans for the unit of responsibility, including the implementation of Ericsson s Security policies and directives. The role will also establish and manage local/unit governance structures to deal with crisis and security incidents.
To be successful in the role one must have
Experience of a security leadership role with Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
Relevant Certification of (CEH),ITIL, ISO 27001, ISMS Lead Auditor ,CISM Certified, , Cybersecurity Architect Expert , ISO/IEC 22301, PCI, Data Privacy is preferred.
Knowledge and experience of, Physical security, Privacy, Risk Management, Information-, Personnel-, Physical security, Business Continuity and Crisis Management.

Leadership qualities like stakeholder management, business acumen, collaboration, ability to take fact based courageous decisions, executing speedily and empathy & humanness.
