Role Overview :

This is a full-time onsite role for a highly skilled Senior Cloud Security Consultant to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. You will play a critical role in advising clients on secure infrastructure development, tool implementation, and technology alignment to achieve their security objectives across various domains and technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct comprehensive security assessments of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), including infrastructure, applications, and data.

- Provide expert guidance on cloud security best practices, including : Security controls implementation (e.g., IAM, VPC, encryption, logging, monitoring)

- Threat modeling and risk assessment Compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA) Design and implement cloud security architectures, including : Secure network configurations Data protection strategies

- Disaster recovery and business continuity plans Assist clients in selecting and implementing appropriate cloud security tools and technologies. Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for clients.

- Stay abreast of the latest cloud security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.

- Contribute to the development of new security services and solutions. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of security within the organization.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience (5+ years) in cloud security consulting, with a strong understanding of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Deep knowledge of cloud security principles, including : Identity and Access Management (IAM) Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) Data encryption and key management Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Cloud security tools and technologies

- Experience with security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.

- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills and Experience :

- Experience with application security and development security best practices.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer Associate, GCP Certified Professional Cloud Security Engineer).

- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. Experience - 1-5 years
