Job Description
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Support the implementation and execution of colleague-facing initiatives, leveraging modern technology platforms to enhance the internal user experience and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth platform performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing user support to enhance colleague productivity.
- Own and facilitate data integration across multiple platforms, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and effective information flow for internal users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Commercial stakeholders, and Customer Excellence, to ensure alignment with business objectives and internal user needs.
- Develop and deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support to internal users, driving platform adoption and effective utilization .
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize the efficiency, scalability, and impact of internal user experience strategies.
- Bachelor s degree in business, Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supporting enterprise platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, and customer engagement tools.
- Knowledge of data integration processes and familiarity with platforms such as Higher Logic Vanilla and Gainsight.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with marketing and customer success workflows.
- Prior experience in a support role for SaaS platforms is a plus.
