Job Description
The Impact:
We provide highest quality content that is essential for our clients to make decisions with conviction. As a Data Analyst, you will support the integrity and comprehensiveness of the data set by utilizing internal external public research sources such as government regulatory documents, stock exchanges, industry journals, analyst reports and our internal research tools to collect, summarize, and synthesize relevant information.
Responsibilities:
- Lead team of 12 to 15 associates with native processes.
- Ensure team members are compliant when conducting data/information collection through thorough knowledge of guidelines, policies, and research tools.
- Responsible for the day-to-day workflow management and performance of a team to ensure accuracy and efficiency of process workflows.
- Manages the performance review process, talent development and talent management processes of the team.
- May interact with internal and external clients as necessary and occasionally works on new projects and data enhancement initiatives as assigned.
- Identify individual strengths to appropriately delegate work amongst the team.
- Ensure clear and seamless communication across levels and teams.

- Applies general knowledge of operations principles, theories and work tools developed through experience to best complete assignments.
- Thorough knowledge of business and data/content management objectives.
- Possesses strong analytical skills and familiarity with relational database concepts.

- Provide solutions based on best practices and existing precedents.
- Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish.

Client Management / Stakeholder Management
- Maintain relationship with international clients and fully own the service delivery of client processes.
- Understand client needs and manage client expectations.
- Manage client/stakeholder communication efficiently and effectively.
People Development
- Manage the performance of team members and conduct reviews
- Conduct intensive trainings for the team.
- Plan resource requirements and develop back-up plans.
- Manage the aspirations of team members and create an environment of continuous improvement.
- Setting clear goals and expectations.
- Discover training and development needs of the team and provide coaching
Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Team leading skills
- Interpersonal Relationship Building skills
- Ability to work well within the context of a global team
- Analytical skills
- Result orientation
- Good decision making skills
- Eye for detail
- Ability to manage performance under stringent timelines
- Intermediate Microsoft Access and SQL skills, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Intermediate Knowledge of RPA, Machine Learning, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Requires working in rotation/night shifts on a need basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PG degree in commerce or business administration/management.
- Bachelors/ masters degree in computer science .
