Job description:

Creating new US clients and opportunities. Develop pipelines with US clients (Direct, Tier One or MSP). Work with IT recruiting team for sourcing. Lead a group of IT recruiters

Required Candidate profile:

Minimum 7 plus years of experience in the US Staffing industry. Strong negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent presentation skills. Team player. Experience working with Tier one Vendors, MSPs and end clients). Knowledge of MSP Accounts a huge plus.
