Role Section Head - Development

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 9 to 12 years

Work Scheme: On-site, 6 days week

Purpose: To develop, deploy and manage manufacturing test facilities at all operation units by adopting new technologies and ensuring all projects are delivered within the agreed scope, time, cost & quality.

Key Accountabilities

• To ensure timely deployment of test facilities
• To deploy new technologies and suitable automations techniques to enhance the manufacturing capabilities
• To enhance production capacities as per capacity demands
• To enhance the supplier base for test facilities
• To enable production engineer to understand equipment and provide training to maintenance team for equipment management.
• To provide expert knowledge & support on design for manufacturability

Expertise

• Experience in manufacturing and product development
• Knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing processes
• Industry 4.0
• Understanding of manufacturing facilities for electronic products
• Sound technical background & interest in managing development projects
• Good communication skill
• Product or test facilities development exposure
• Managerial and man management skills to handle team
• Analytical capabilities
