Job Requirements
1. Educational Qualifications -Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2. Work Experience - 8-10 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG or Food & Beverage
3. Domain Expertise - Strong understanding of brand positioning, identity creation, and the development of brand architecture
Detailed Job Description
1. Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy to position the organization as a leading coffee brand in India
2. Lead the creation and evolution of the brand's voice, messaging, and identity in line with the company's vision and market trends and take ownership of it across platforms.
3. Develop and manage 360-degree marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness
4. Collaborate with creative agencies, internal teams, and external partners to execute innovative and engaging campaign
5. Leverage data and insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure the brand remains relevant to its target audience
6. Develop go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring that each product supports overall brand equity and market positioning
7. Manage the marketing budget for brand activities, ensuring that all campaigns are cost- effective and deliver measurable ROI
8. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of brand managers and marketing professionals to drive high performance and creativity
