Role Summary :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in resolving technical issues, ensuring excellent service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, or network-related problems.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers, IT).
- Document technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions accurately.
- Assist in setting up systems and providing training to end-users if required.
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation and resolution of issues.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, FAQs, and support materials.
- Continuously improve technical skills and stay updated with product knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-2 years of experience in a technical support or related role.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking, and common software tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality solutions.
Preferred Skills (Optional) :
- Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems.
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with troubleshooting specific tools or technologies used in the company.
