We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing operations. The HRBP will play a crucial role in managing people processes, driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in the food & beverage (F&B) industry, with expertise in handling a workforce across both front-end (QSR) and back-end (central kitchen) operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for both QSR and central kitchen roles, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage workforce planning, onboarding, and employee life cycle activities.
- Partner with operations and kitchen teams to identify and address staffing needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Build a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Address grievances, conflicts, and employee concerns with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
- Conduct stay interviews, exit interviews, and feedback sessions to improve retention.
Performance Management & Training:
- Drive performance management programs, ensuring clear goal setting and feedback mechanisms.
- Implement training & development programs tailored to the needs of kitchen staff, QSR employees, and support teams.
- Facilitate leadership development for mid-level managers.
HR Compliance & Payroll Support:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, food industry regulations, and statutory HR requirements.
- Work closely with finance to manage payroll, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling.
- Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and legal escalations, if necessary.
