Contract Manufacturing Management:

- Build and manage relationships with contract manufacturers to ensure alignment with production, quality, and delivery standards.

- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service levels with third-party manufacturers.

- Optimize contract manufacturing operations by driving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring consistent quality.

- Conduct regular audits of contract manufacturers to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Project Management:

- Oversee the execution of greenfield and brownfield projects from conceptualization to commissioning.

- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, procurement, finance, marketing) to define project requirements.

- Manage site selection, vendor negotiations, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.

Operations and Process Excellence:

- Lead end-to-end operations for the manufacturing units, ensuring seamless integration between production, supply chain, and quality assurance.

- Drive process improvements, implement lean methodologies, and foster innovation to enhance operational efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across all projects and manufacturing units.
