Purchase Executive

Objective:

To support and optimize supply chain operations by coordinating procurement, logistics, inventory management, and vendor communication, ensuring efficiency and smooth processes within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Coordination:

• Assist in sourcing materials and services based on company requirements.
• Create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate terms when necessary.

2. Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels and initiate restocking as required.
• Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Update inventory databases with accurate and timely information.

3. Logistics Support:

• Schedule shipments and coordinate with carriers for on-time delivery.
• Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues.
• Ensure proper documentation for imports, exports, and customs compliance.

4. Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain and update supply chain databases and records.
• Prepare periodic reports on inventory, procurement, and logistics performance.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.

5. Cross-functional Coordination:

• Work closely with Development, Implementation, and Finance teams to align supply chain activities with organizational goals.
• Communicate updates and changes to relevant stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain operations or a related role.
• Familiarity with global trade regulations and customs processes is a plus.
