Job Description
We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer that will help our team establish DevOps practice. You will work closely with the Director of Engineering to identify and establish DevOps practices in the company. You will help us build scalable, efficient cloud infrastructure. You ll implement monitoring for automated system health checks. Lastly, you ll build our CI pipeline, and train and guide the team in DevOps practices.
Overview:
What You ll Be Owning:
- Strong knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Well-versed with Docker/Kubernetes based applications deployment.
- Well-versed with CI/CD pipeline and tooling.
- Well-versed with monitoring and alerting.
- Build and maintain highly available systems.
- Lead and guide the team in identifying and implementing new technologies.
- Configuration Management experience such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or similar.
- Managing production infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
- Strong Linux system administration background.
- Ability to present and communicate the architecture in a visual form.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
The Essentials for Success:

What Will Give You an Edge:
- AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experience with serverless architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of networking, including VPNs, load balancers, and firewalls.
- Experience with multi-cloud environments or cloud migration strategies.
- Relevant certifications in AWS, GCP, Azure, or DevOps tools.
