Manager Accounts & Finance

Financial Management

1. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
2. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure operational efficiency.
3. Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
4. Manage working capital, including inventory valuation and control.

Budgeting & Forecasting

1. Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with other departments.
2. Monitor budget adherence and analyze variances to recommend corrective actions.

Accounting & Compliance

1. Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IND AS/IFRS).
2. Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
3. Manage compliance with tax laws, including GST, TDS, and income tax filings.

Cost Optimization & Financial Analysis

1. Analyze financial performance, including profitability analysis, cost allocation, and pricing models.
2. Identify opportunities to optimize operational costs in warehousing and logistics operations.
3. Conduct financial feasibility studies for capital investments or new projects.

Stakeholder Management

1. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and investors for funding and other financial needs.
2. Collaborate with the operations team to align financial planning with logistics and warehouse activities.
3. Communicate financial results to management and provide insights for decision-making.Role & responsibilities
