- Candidate should be a Senior Resource, Graduate/Post Graduate, with about 20 years of experience in handling Freight Forwarding, Custom clearance & logistics business at Pan India basis, covering overall aspects of sales /commercial, operations, documentation & other related functions at national and international levels
- The candidate should have capability to lead and manage business vertical
- The candidate must be result oriented, mature and have a pleasant disposition
- He must be able to effectively lead & manage people and external agencies
- Job responsibilities include to organize and control commercial activities, business development, optimize revenue, market share, customer support processes and market development identify, contact and retain new customers
- Will have to ensure customer satisfaction, claim prevention, operational safety standards, administration, business accounting etc
- Must be able to enhance the brand value of the organization
- Must have excellent presentation and communication skills
