Position: Brand Head

Reporting to: Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Research & Equity:

- Conduct consumer research to understand brand perception and opportunities.

- Present insights and findings to senior management.

Brand Development:

- Collaborate with creative agencies to create and refine the Brand Key.

- Ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Communication & Media:

- Develop brand communication strategies.

- Manage and optimize media campaigns for visibility.

Brand Health Monitoring:

- Track brand health annually and develop improvement strategies.

Guidelines & Compliance:

- Design and maintain brand guidelines; ensure brand consistency.

Corporate Videos:

- Manage production and alignment of video assets with brand goals.

Desired Profile:

- 8+ years in brand management.

- Strong in consumer insights, brand positioning, communication, and strategic thinking.
