Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled ITAM Developer to design, develop, and enhance IT Asset Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ITAM tools such as ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, Snow, BMC Helix, or SCCM, and possess strong development skills in JavaScript, Python, APIs, and SQL. This role involves integrating ITAM tools with other enterprise systems, automating asset tracking processes, and ensuring compliance with IT asset lifecycle management best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize ITAM reports and dashboards for asset visibility.

- Expertise in ServiceNow Portal framework for building custom user interfaces and portals

- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Jelly scripting, HTML/CSS etc.)

- In depth ServiceNow platform knowledge

- Experience developing custom applications, modules, forms, and workflows in ServiceNow.

- Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP web services and MID Servers.

- Expert level understanding of ServiceNow best practices.

- Leadership and communication skills

- Develop, customize, and integrate ITAM solutions using ServiceNow ITAM

- Hands-on experience with ITAM tools (ServiceNow ITAM, Flexera, Snow, SCCM)
