Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Strategic Financial Leadership:
  
• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors to guide decision-making.

• 2. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):
  
• Lead financial due diligence and valuation for potential M&A opportunities.
• Oversee deal structuring, negotiations, and integration planning.
• Ensure seamless financial integration post-acquisition.
  
• 3. IPO Management:
  
• Drive the financial preparation and compliance processes for IPO readiness.
• Collaborate with legal, auditing, and investment teams to manage IPO filings and disclosures.
• Build relationships with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders to promote the company's financial vision.
  
• 4. Financial Operations and Compliance:
  
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies to safeguard financial stability.

• 5. Team Leadership:
  
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Develop talent within the organization to strengthen the financial function.

• 6. Performance Optimization:
  
• Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Implement robust financial systems, tools, and processes to support scalability.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience:
  
• 15+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, with significant exposure to M&A, IPO processes, and corporate financial management.
• Financial Expertise:
  
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and drive financial efficiency.
• Strategic Acumen:
  
• Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience collaborating with C-suite executives and Board members to drive strategic initiatives.
• Leadership:
  
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage diverse teams.
• Effective communication skills to present financial insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education:
  
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Masters/MBA or CPA/CA certification preferred).
