It Procurement Manager

Position: Channels & Supply Chain Manager

Job Responsibility:

1. Build & Maintain strong relationships with OEMs.
2. Responsible for getting multiple quotations from different vendors (OEMs) and approving the best quote.
3. Negotiate with all OEMs for competitive pricing, MAF, Product Catalog &
Technical data sheet at the time of Tender bid.
4. Completing the vendor empanelment process and raising the purchase order.
5. Interact with Sales, Project and Managing Director for timely procurement and dispatch of material.
6. Prepare weekly reports and coordinate with accounts regarding Payments.
7. Coordinating with vendor for various ISO quality compliance and checks.
8. Informing stores about materials in transit.
9. Taking inward in system & forward this document to store for material
movement.
10. Work with Presales team at the time of bidding.

Job Requirement:

1. Must have strong relationship with OEM like Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, IBM, Dell, HP, CCTV Products, Access Control.
2. Should have worked in RFP, GEM, RFQ, SLA, import transactions, LC, BG, Teaming Agreement, Procurement life cycle, OEM Management and also have knowledge with Partner Portal and Rebate and Incentive Schemes.
3. Should have worked on Govt/Semi Govt projects.
4. Candidates are preferred from System Integration Company.
5. Must have good written, oral communication skills in English, also have decent communication in Marathi & Hindi.
6. Computer Skills MS Office, ERP, Billing, PO Issuance.
