Responsible for guiding Agile ceremonies and practices, providing coaching and support to ensure effective adherence to Agile principles, collaborating with Product Owners on backlog management, identifying and removing obstacles, fosters continuous improvement, managing relevant metrics, facilitating communication with stakeholders, resolves conflicts, and promoting Agile principles within the organization.

1. Guide and facilitate Agile ceremonies (i.e., daily standups, iteration planning, iteration review) and practices to ensure the teams adherence to the SAFe framework.
2. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to help the Agile team understand and practice Agile principles effectively.
3. Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a well-ordered and prioritized Team Backlog is consistently maintained and refined.
4. Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the teams progress, both technical and non-technical, to ensure the team s deliverables are not impeded.
5. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, organizing iteration retrospectives and implementing action items for team growth.
6. Manage relevant metrics and agile tools (e.g., burndown charts, team velocity, kanban boards, etc.) to assess the teams deliverability performance and the effectiveness of Agile practices.
7. With the Product Owner, maintain open communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed about the teams progress while ensuring the team is not encumbered by inquiries directly from stakeholders.
8. Mediate and resolve conflicts within the team to maintain a harmonious agile team working environment.
9. Promote Agile principles and SAFe framework within the organization, advocating for a culture of agility, continuous learning, and self-organization.


Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent, in any discipline; Scrum Master certification of an agile framework required (preferably SAFe methodology).

Experience: Relevant work experience as a Scrum Master and practical knowledge in applying and facilitating SAFe methodology in Agile teams based on the following number of years:
Associate: Prior experience not required
Standard I: Two (2) years
Standard II: Three (3) years
Senior I: Four (4) years
Senior II: Five (5) years
