Codvo - Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

- Responsible for leading all scrum ceremonies for multiple projects

- Facilitate and schedule all scrum ceremonies (i.e., kick-offs, Grooming, Daily Standups, Retrospective, etc.,)

- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Partner with many internal teams, including Product, Design, Web and Mobile

- Manage multiple projects concurrently

- Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines.

- Effectively disseminate relevant project information throughout the organization.

- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner.

- Track and improve team velocity, ensuring the delivery of high-quality deliverables.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports, KPIs, and progress on deliverables.

- Proven experience in managing projects and delivering results within scope, budget, and time.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. , Jira, AzureDevOps).

- Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) and/or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master or Project Manager role

- Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations

- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes to ensure project success.
