Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to assist in designing and implementing Snowflake-based analytics solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will have experience in data lake and data warehouse architecture, data integration, and pipeline development while working in Agile/Lean environments. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders, including data architects, data scientists, and analysts, to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement Snowflake-based analytics solutions (data lake and data warehouse) on AWS.

- Define requirements, conduct source data analysis and profiling, and perform logical and physical data modeling.

- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade data pipelines following best practices and guidelines.

- Establish Snowflake deployment and usage best practices and educate team members on its capabilities.

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Design, build, test, and maintain data management systems.

- Translate complex functional requirements into efficient technical solutions.

- Act as a technical leader within the team.

- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.

Essential Skills, Education, and Experience :

- Education : B.E./B.Tech./MCA or equivalent degree.

- Experience : 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering.

Strong expertise in DBT (Data Build Tool), including :

- Model building and configurations.

- Incremental load strategies.

- Macro development and DBT tests.

- Proficiency in SQL for data processing and querying.

- Experience in AWS cloud services and data storage technologies like Amazon S3, SQL, and NoSQL.

- Expertise in ETL pipeline development using Talend, DBT, S3, and Snowflake.

- Strong understanding of data modeling and data pipeline architecture.

- Experience working with teams across different time zones
