The skills and traits were looking for:

Bachelordegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.

Proficiency in Python for test automation.

Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest, or similar.

Strong understanding of API testing using tools like Postman or equivalent Python frameworks.

Experience testing ML/AI models using Python, including validation of model outputs, performance benchmarks, and bias detection.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the build process.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a remote, team-oriented environment.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is desirable but not required.
