Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced professional with 8-10 years of technical hands-on experience in IBM DataPower and API Connect (APIC). The ideal candidate will have expertise in administration, configuration, and SSL certificate management. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills are essential.

Total Experience Required : 8-10 years

Relevant Experience Required : 5-8 years

Work Location : Preferred in Pune/Coimbatore; alternatives: Chennai/Hyderabad/Noida

Shift : UK business hours as required

Mandatory Skills :

IBM DataPower and API Connect (v10) :

- Administration and configuration expertise

- TLS profile creation and management, including certificate generation and configuration

- Certificate Management (cr, pem, der, p12 formats)

SSL Certificate Lifecycle Management :

- Certificate creation, renewal, revocation, and validation

- Managing SSL certificates across complex environments

Troubleshooting Expertise :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently

Good-to-Have Skills :

- A proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues effectively.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities :

- Administer and configure IBM DataPower and API Connect (APIC).

- Manage the complete lifecycle of SSL certificates in diverse environments, ensuring proper configuration and timely renewal.

- Create and manage TLS profiles and handle various certificate formats such as cr, pem, der, and p12.

- Troubleshoot issues in DataPower and APIC environments, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Work during UK business hours to handle essential tasks with minimal disruption to operations.
