Job Description

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Masters degree preferred
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in progressively responsible positions
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with experience in planning, organizing, and executing projects

Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the organization
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time, and adapt to changing priorities and business needs
Commitment to professional development and staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Process Optimization: Analyse existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to operational teams, including setting clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve targets and deliver high-quality results Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support operational objectives and meet business demands Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control standards to maintain product or service quality
