Engineer - Paintshop

As an Engineer - Paintshop at Schwing Stetter India Private Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the paintshop processes and ensuring that products are coated with high-quality paint in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that all painted products meet our quality standards and are delivered on schedule.

• Responsible for paint shop activity like, Production, quality, Cost savings, safety and manpower management.
• To generate daily and monthly report and Internal audit.
• Vendor audit and vendor development.

Shop Floor Management:

1. Production/Dispatch Target achievement.
2. Products as per Quality Standard
3. Process and Procedure adherence
4. Achieve the reduction target of number of complains
5. Reduce the paint consumption and consumable
6. Reduction of over time
7. Stock Monitoring of Paints and FIFO
8. 5s Implementation and follow up
9. Implementation and updating of visual control system
10. Maintain the accuracy of equipment and Jigs & Fixture
11. Ensure safety on working environment

Records Maintenance:

1. Summarizing the daily reports
2. Complaint CAPA – In-house and customer
3. Machine Breakdown Details and Equipment maintenance
4. MIS Report

General:

1. KAIZEN and Small Group Activities
2.  Maintain the moral of the people high
3. Show Good examples.
4. Maintain Good relationship with other departments.
