Job Description
- PLC Maintenance (Hardware Software) SCADA Maintenance (Hardware Software) of UHT plant.
- Modification in the logic of PLC , HMI
- To rectify automation issues, make changes in software logics SCADA systems of Allen Bradely, GE Fanuc, ABB, Delta, Beck off PLC systems.
- To confirm update the PLC SCADA system along with backup upkeeping, uploading, downloading etc. to meet plant requirement
- Technical support to maintenance team
- In addition to Automation, should know about Instrument calibration, Electrical equipment s etc.
What you need to succeed:
BE ETC / BE Instrumentation / BE Electrical or Associated Degree (Diploma) in Electrical/ Instrumentation with PLC programming as additional qualification. in business or related field
5+ Years of experience
Technical Competencies:
- Sound knowledge of PLC, I/O modules, HMI s, Network system (Ethernet, Modbus, RS485).
- Automation Hardware, Software breakdown problems rectifications, Projects, modifications etc.
- Software backup PLC programing uploading, downloading, SCADA.
- Have hands on experience on Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE-Fanuc, Delta, Beck-off PLC Etc.
- Have hands on experience on Bezier HMI, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi etc.
- Sound knowledge about Control/Compact Logix, ABB, Power flex, Danfoss VFD communication on Modbus with PLC
- Sound knowledge about RS Logix 5000/500, Factory talk view studio, Wonderware, RX3I software, GE Fanuc software, ABB Robot software etc.
Add-on:
- Knowledge about Instrumentation, Calibration, PM, Tetra TPMS
- Ready to provide support in shift activities.
- Ready to provide support to Electrical, Mechanical activities.
- Always ready as per the organizational need has capability to do the different tasks given by the management time to time
