1. Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - All Subjects

• Responsibilities:
• Teach specific subjects to middle and high school students.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans.
• Assess student progress through various methods (tests, assignments, projects).
• Foster a collaborative and positive learning environment.
• Implement activity-based teaching and learning methodologies.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject.
• B.Ed. / M.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

2. Primary Teacher (PRT) - All Subjects

• Responsibilities:
• Teach foundational subjects to primary school students.
• Incorporate creative and interactive teaching techniques.
• Monitor and report student progress to parents and school management.
• Implement activity-based teaching and learning methodologies.
• Qualifications:
• Graduation in any subject from a recognized university.
• B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of primary school pedagogy.

3. Mother Teacher

• Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary teacher and caregiver for young students.
• Provide a nurturing and secure environment for early learning.
• Conduct basic activities to develop motor and cognitive skills.
• Qualifications:
• Graduation in any subject.
• Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT/D.El.Ed or B.Ed.).
• Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

4. Librarian

• Responsibilities:
• Manage the school library and maintain its resources.
• Promote reading habits among students and staff.
• Conduct activities like book fairs and reading sessions.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Library Science.
• Experience in managing school libraries is preferred.

5. Counselor

• Responsibilities:
• Provide emotional and academic guidance to students.
• Address students' behavioral and personal challenges.
• Collaborate with parents and teachers for holistic development.
• Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Psychology or PG Diploma in Guidance and Counseling.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

6. Music Teacher

• Responsibilities:
• Teach vocal and instrumental music to students.
• Organize school events and musical performances.
• Foster an appreciation for music in students.
• Qualifications:
• Class XII with 50%.
• Bachelor's Degree in Music or equivalent from a recognized University.
• Ability to teach various age groups and encourage a cultural environment.

7. Sports Teacher

• Responsibilities:
• Conduct physical education classes and sports training sessions.
• Promote teamwork and healthy competition among students.
• Organize inter-school and intra-school sports events.
• Qualifications:
• Graduation in any subject.
• B.P.Ed. / M.P.Ed. or equivalent degree in Sports Science.
• Coaching experience in specific sports is a plus.
