School of SDR trains individuals to become skilled B2B Tech Sales professionals. Our goal is to make Tech Sales accessible to everyone and unlock a path to financial freedom via Sales careers. Global SaaS market is expected to grow at 18.7% Y-o-Y and hit $900 billion by 2030. We play an important role in supporting this vision.

Our 4-week online course provides training to aspiring and current B2B SDRs.

About the Founders
Rahul: A sales expert with 9 years of experience, known for surpassing sales quotas and building high-performance SDR teams. Recognized in Demandbase s Top SDR Leaders list, Rahul has a significant following in the sales community.
Maruthi: Transitioned from chemical engineering to SaaS sales, Maruthi has a track record of growing SaaS revenues substantially, including being a key member of the sales team at Remote during ARR from a $4 million to $150 million journey.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with inbound leads generated through our website, demonstrating superior communication skills to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements.
  • Conduct 15-minute discovery calls with prospective students, presenting our course offerings and highlighting how our training can benefit their sales career aspirations.
  • Skillfully navigate objections and provide compelling value propositions to convert leads into enrolled students.
  • Meticulously maintain accurate records of lead interactions, progress, and enrollment status in our CRM system.
  • Consistently follow up with prospective students, fostering strong relationships and guiding them through the enrollment process.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team to refine and optimize lead nurturing strategies, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every prospective student.
  • Become a subject matter expert in our training curriculum, competitor landscape, and the SaaS sales industry, enabling you to position our offerings effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for active listening and building rapport.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales engagement tools (ideal but not mandatory, training will be provided).
  • Driven, quick-thinking, and passionate about technology, with a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, team-based environment and embrace challenges with enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a knack for identifying creative solutions.
  • Unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical practices.
  • This role is best fit for New grads or less than 2yrs work experience.
