Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead with a strong background in managing data and system integrations, as well as overseeing SaaS (Software as a Service) applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in data integration strategies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex integration environments. This role will involve leading technical initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless operation and optimization of both our data integrations and SaaS applications.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage data integration solutions across various systems, ensuring data consistency, quality, and accessibility.
Monitor and optimize data flows, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring timely data availability.
Ensure compliance with data governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements in all data integration processes.
Lead the design and implementation of integration strategies between SaaS applications.
Oversee the integration of various data sources, ensuring seamless interoperability and data flow across the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in both data and SaaS integration.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the alignment of data integration and SaaS strategies with overall IT architecture and objectives.
Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues related to data integrations and SaaS applications.
Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
