Job Description
Own the execution of key x-functional SW focused programs. Work closely with Product Management, SW Engineering, and other teams across the business to ensure successful end-to-end development and launch of new SW product
Be the primary point of contact across the broader organization for anything related to your program. This includes presenting updates to executives, and collaborating with teams individuals across the company to ensure overall success
Support the team in mitigating risks and navigating complex issues that arise during development launch
Understand both the technical and business landscape, and drive clear prioritization throughout the teams
The Project Manager would play a major role in performing business analysis and liaison with all support functions, and engineering team to realize all project objectives meeting all KPI s
Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that adherence to defined process and ensuring product quality while executing the project
Technical Competencies: -
Leverage Jira to manage work, issues, and priorities for your team
Create roadmaps in partnership with the Product Management team that the teams can effectively execute against
Work with teams globally (US, Europe, APAC)
The candidate should possess strong leadership and project management skills, Agile methodology, should also have a strong engineering background along with good working knowledge of software development life cycle
Take total ownership of Transfer/New development/Continuous engineering projects.
Manage project resources, Secure resources for project. Liaison with functional managers and other stake holders for all necessary approvals/decisions. Able to work in a matrix organization structure proactively to take actions and get thing done,
Resolve conflict and manage all project risks in a systematic manner.
Qualification: -
Bachelor s degree in software or engineering discipline with a total of 12 years experience and minimum 5 Years experience as Project Manager
Project Management Certification (PMP)/ Scrum Master/Agile certification preferred.
Conversant with Agile development, Scrum practice, Devops, and Test automation
Ability to anticipate problems and resolve them before they become significant issues.
Good understanding in SFMEA, Cyber security, and GDPR/Data privacy requirements
Behavioral Requirement: -
Demonstrate leadership ability to drive project, rationalize decisions with stakeholders and be a team player.
Work closely with project sponsors other stakeholders to size and manage scope and technical risks.
Assume a role of coach and mentor to project team members on their assigned project tasks. Develop a cohesive team and ensure their sustained success
