Service Sales Manager (Manager/ Sr. Manager)
We are looking for candidates with strong Drive for Results, Entrepreneurial Mindset and People Management Skills. Those who have experience of 10+ years into sales and business development, with a similar industry like ours, out of which at least 5 years experience should be there into team management.
She/ he will be responsible for Deploying the Service Sales Strategy for our service/ contract sales business to achieve the objectives of business growth and profitable business.
1. Role:
- The Service Sales Manager is responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual target according to budget.
- Leads the sales team for service sales business and ensures systematic sales management practices.
2. Responsibility:
Functional:
➢ Deploys the sales strategy in the Branch within the framework specified by the Branch Manager and the National Service Sales Manager
➢ Overseeing sales & marketing operations, thereby achieving increased sales growth across branch
➢ Developing periodic business plans & strategies, in coordination with macro plans of organization.
➢ Planning & scheduling individual / team assignments to achieve the pre-set goals within time, quality & cost parameters. Formulating long term/short term strategic plans to enhance operations.
➢ Develop relationships with key decision-makers in key target organizations for business development.
➢ Manage activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals (techno commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.
➢ Tracking market / trends to keep abreast the changing clients requirement/ expectations.
➢ Ensures that systematic sales management practices with processes and tools are applied.
People Management:
• Sets objectives for his team in line with the Branch/regional objectives and based on the guidelines provided by the company
• Supervises and motivates the EI sales team to achieve the regional targets on sales units, revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction.
• Conducts regular meetings with the sales team to review action implementation, target achievement and planning
• Assesses skills and competency of his team and ensures adequate training through coaching, on the job training and training courses of the KG in coordination with the Branch Manager
