Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Design & Marketing Executive with 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications and design. The role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, managing vendor relationships, and driving creative design projects while ensuring brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Event Management:

• Lead marketing communication processes, including vendor management, bills, and invoices.
• Track marketing budgets and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Plan and execute marketing events, workshops, and conferences.
• Oversee the production and dispatch of marketing materials.

Media & Inventory Management:

• Maintain and monitor marketing material inventory.
• Track media coverage and generate reports on PR activities.

Design & Creative Leadership:

• Conceptualize and execute innovative designs for campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Design brochures, advertisements, banners, and corporate communication materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for creative support.

Qualifications:

Education:

• BA or Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Skills & Expertise:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and CorelDRAW.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing vendors and event logistics.
